The ums go. Your words stay.

Filler words and false starts drop out on their own. Names, numbers and every “not” stay right where you said them.

Hold the bubble while you talk and let go to drop the words in. Rather not hold? Tap to start, tap ✓ to finish.

Bin a bad take.

Changed your mind while you’re still holding? Slide to the bin and nothing gets typed.

Park it anywhere.

Drag the bubble to either edge and it stays put. Drop it on the sleep spot when you want it gone for a while.

Edit. Out loud.

Fix the message you just dictated without touching it. Say the change, and it’s made.

Talk to what you just wrote.

Right after you dictate, say what to change: “change Friday to Saturday”, “make it friendlier”, “cut the last sentence”. VoiceKey edits the message in place.

The mic switches on when you press the bubble and off when you let go, or when you tap ✓.

Deleted once it’s typed

Your recording is turned into text online, then deleted from your phone. There’s no history of what you said.

Your screen, only for replies

The chat on your screen leaves your phone only when you ask VoiceKey to write a reply. Password fields are skipped, and nothing is kept.

When can I get VoiceKey?

VoiceKey is coming soon to Android. Join the waitlist and you’ll hear the day it’s out.

Is there an iPhone version?

No. VoiceKey floats above your keyboard and types into other apps, and only Android allows that. So it’s Android only.

Do I have to change keyboards?

No. Keep the keyboard you already use. VoiceKey floats on top of it and doesn’t change how it works.

Does it work in every app?

It’s made for any app with a normal text box. If an app won’t let VoiceKey type into it, your words are kept so you can paste them in.

Is it always listening?

No. The mic is on only while you hold the bubble, or between your tap to start and your tap to finish.

What happens to my recordings?

Each recording is sent online to be turned into text, then deleted from your phone. VoiceKey keeps no history of what you said.

Does it need an internet connection?

Yes. Turning your voice into clean text happens online, so you’ll need Wi-Fi or mobile data.
